Position Overview:

As an Account Manager for Wisecore Insurance and Risk Management, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services

Responsibilities:

Forge enduring customer relationships and proactively follow up to ensure continued satisfaction.
Employ a customer-centric, needs-based approach to guide clients through comprehensive insurance options, empowering them to make informed decisions.
Drive business growth by generating leads, coordinating appointments, and effectively marketing tailored products and services to meet diverse customer needs.

Requirements:

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
People-oriented
Detail oriented
Proactive in problem-solving
Able to learn computer functions
Ability to work in a team environment
Property/Casualty insurance license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred)

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
